Data Entry Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in the inventory management system, including processing entity changes such as name, address, and other profile updates.
• Retrieve documents from filing systems and accurately link them to the appropriate digital records.
• Create, update, and maintain data standards, operating procedures, and training materials to support consistent data practices.
• Propose innovative methods for visualizing association data and improving how data is used across the organization.
• Collaborate with the billing and quality teams to streamline and coordinate data entry workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by running system queries, audits, and compliance checks.
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist overall operations.
