Data Entry Quality Analyst

Shift: Full-time, Night Shift (On-site)

We're looking for a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai and play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to analyze data, track errors, and improve processes. Role Overview What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct quality audits on back-office processes for the No Fault Team, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Map error data, create checklists, and develop logs to track and resolve quality issues
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize performance
• Perform regular data analysis to assess process efficiency and suggest improvements
• Maintain MIS (Management Information Systems) and ensure all quality metrics are tracked and reported effectively
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure quality standards are upheld and continuous improvements are made
• Communicate feedback and insights to team members to enhance performance and resolve issues

What We're Looking For:

Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate processes, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality

Experience in Quality Control & Assurance: Proven track record in implementing quality checks and assurance processes

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to identifying issues and maintaining high-quality standards

Excel Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, MIS creation, and tracking quality metrics

Quality Management Knowledge: Understanding of quality management standards and processes

Relevant Certifications: Certifications in quality management or related fields are a plus

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
