Job Description

Zorvyn is looking for a detail oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to support our finance, operations, and compliance teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, validating information, and ensuring data consistency across internal systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, documents, and digital tools, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and timelines in a fast paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Verify and validate financial, operational, and client related data for completeness and correctness.
• Perform routine data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Organize and manage digital records, documents, and reports in a structured manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow defined data handling, security, and compliance procedures at all times.
• Support reporting and analysis teams by preparing clean and well structured datasets.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data entry concepts and record management.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, documents, and basic office productivity tools.
• Ability to work with numbers, text data, and structured formats with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Basic knowledge of computers, internet tools, and cloud based systems.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn internal tools, workflows, and data standards as part of ongoing gradation and performance evaluation.
