Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator/Back-End Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and be responsible for entering data into our computer system and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The position will require a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Keeping sensitive company information confidential
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Back-End Operation Executive
- Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
