Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system and share relevant information across teams
• Work with ecommerce portals to schedule delivery appointments
• Update and confirm dispatch statuses on ecommerce portals
• Prepare and share advance shipment notices for channel partners
• Assist with Ad Hoc manual activities required during order processing handling
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and implement new initiatives working

What we look for

• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
