Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Operator role based in Jashipur. The responsibilities include accurately entering and managing data in the company's systems, ensuring data integrity and security. The role also requires administrative support, maintaining records, and assisting in customer service tasks as needed to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Typing and strong Computer Literacy for accurate and efficient data entry
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and record-keeping
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist with inquiries and provide support
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative domain is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or relevant fields will be considered an advantage
