ACKO Finance is looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Operator to strengthen its operational backbone. This role is critical to maintaining data accuracy, process integrity, and operational efficiency across financial workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial and operational data across internal systems
- Validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission or processing
- Support finance and operations teams with timely data updates and documentation
- Maintain digital records and ensure proper data hygiene and version control
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in data and flag them proactively
- Adhere to internal SOPs, compliance standards, and data confidentiality norms
- Assist with periodic audits, reports, and operational reviews as required
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (commerce or finance background is a plus)
- 13 years of experience in data entry, operations, or back-office support (finance/insurance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy levels
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Ability to manage volume-driven work without compromising quality
- Reliable, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
