Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Data Entry Operator (Excel) to join our team in Surat. This on-site role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and spreadsheets. The Operator will be responsible for organizing data, verifying its accuracy, maintaining records, creating reports, and assisting with administrative tasks. Attention to detail, time management, and adhering to deadlines will be crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills for efficient and accurate data entry
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing, managing records, and multi-tasking
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and address requests effectively
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data management software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
