Job Scope:
Manage and oversee system entries for the outbound of stocks into the designated warehouse management software/customer nominated ERP, ensuring high service levels and compliance with customer SLAs and network procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate data entry of all outbound shipments.
- Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements.
- Ensure outbound stock is dispatched in the system efficiently.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.
- Oversee employee performance and development.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
- Minimum 1 year in a Supply Chain Logistics (SPL) environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Warehouse Management Systems/ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree level
