Job Scope:

Manage and oversee system entries for the outbound of stocks into the designated warehouse management software/customer nominated ERP, ensuring high service levels and compliance with customer SLAs and network procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manageaccuratedata entry of all outbound shipments.

• Organizeappropriate shiftsand staffing levels to meet business requirements.

• Ensure outbound stock is dispatched in the system efficiently.

• Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.

• Oversee employee performance and development.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.

• Minimum 1 year in a Supply Chain Logistics (SPL) environment.

• Minimum 2years experiencewith Warehouse Management Systems/ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

Qualification:Bachelor's Degree level
