About the Role

We are hiring a Data Entry & Operations Support Specialist to support core operational systems and reporting.

This is a fully remote role, working primarily during U.S. business hours. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, accurate data across internal systems that support Sales, Operations, and Finance.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who wants to learn how a scaled operations organization runs.

What You'll Do

Data Accuracy & Maintenance

• Enter and update data across internal tools and spreadsheets
• Audit records for accuracy and completeness
• Support order, partner, and account data integrity

Operational Support

• Assist Operations and Sales teams with data requests
• Prepare reports and trackers as needed
• Flag inconsistencies or risks proactively

Process Discipline

• Follow standardized SOPs
• Maintain documentation and records
• Support continuous improvement of workflows

• Maintaining consistently accurate data
• Becoming a trusted support partner to Ops teams
• Reducing errors and data-related issues
• Increasing efficiency across workflows
