Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in the company's database and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information during data entry processes.
- Review and verify data for errors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Basic understanding of data management and data entry software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
