Annex I
Service Terms & Condition:
 Requirement should be given through mail with details according to Performa of detail of
prospective candidate attach with quotation.
 The HR department of the respective client must forward a confirmation of the candidate
joining along with remuneration.
 Payments must be cleared within 30 days from the joining.
 Our professional fee per candidate is 8.33 CTC per annum.
 In case a candidate leaves the organization within 3 month of joining, a free replacement
would be provided by us or the amount would be adjusted with the next bill.
 Service charges are payable even if a candidate is selected and joins clients
 organization for any other position than the one he had been originally referred for.
 Service charges are payable even if a candidate is selected and joins clients organization after a
lapse of time but within 6 months from the referred date.
 In case resumes of the referred candidates are already in the database of client,
information must be provided within 72 hours, failing which the service charges would be
payable.
 An official acceptance letter by appropriate authority making the decision on behalf of the
company of all the mentioned terms and conditions will constitute a valid contract
between the client and RG Placement Services.
 Cheque / Demand Draft in favor of the ‘RG placement Services’ will make all payments,
payable at Surat.
Note: Above mentioned terms and conditions can be amended on mutual consent
