Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and reference
- Assist in creating and optimizing reports using MS Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization tools
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify data as required
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies to maintain sensitive information integrity
- Support process automation by identifying areas where efficiency can be improved
- Participate in team discussions and provide insights to improve data-handling processes
- Take initiative in learning new tools and software to enhance data management skills
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
