About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. This role is ideal for candidates with good typing skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company systems and databases
  
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when needed
  
• Maintain records, files, and documentation properly
  
• Review data for completeness and consistency
  
• Generate basic reports as required
  
• Handle confidential information with integrity
  
• Meet daily/weekly data entry targets
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
  
• Good typing speed and accuracy
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
• Basic computer knowledge
  
  

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in data entry or back-office work
  
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or online tools
  
• Basic understanding of data management
