About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team at EarnPe. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying attractive deals and discounts from leading online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, and then posting these deals on our platforms in an engaging manner to attract potential customers. This position is ideal for freshers who are interested in exploring the fields of affiliate marketing and e-commerce. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training and ongoing guidance will be provided to ensure your success. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing strategies, especially deal marketing, and to develop a foundational understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms are advantageous. A higher secondary education (12th pass) is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills, a quick learner mindset, and the ability to work diligently within a team are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Identifying and sourcing the best deals, discounts, and offers available on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Creating attractive and engaging posts to showcase deals on our platforms, ensuring they capture the interest of potential customers.
- Staying updated with the latest trends, deals, and trending products in the online shopping space.
- Ensuring timely and accurate posting of deals to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Monitoring the performance of posted deals and making necessary adjustments to improve reach and conversions.
- Collaborating with team members to develop new strategies for deal promotion and marketing.
