Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The CSR will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, providing excellent support to customers, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: o Process customer orders submitted via our website, ensuring they are successfully
imported into the system.
Review and validate orders in the ERP - Order screen to identify and resolve any errors.
Verify customer account standing status before approval.
Coordination:
- Work closely with the coworkers to resolve order related issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and
transactions. o Generate reports as required.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: o Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field. o Data Entry / Computer Skills o Familiarity with an ERP system is preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). o Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- 6.30pm to 3.30am M-F (align with US Est time 8am to 5pm)
