About Position
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake and AWS to drive end-to-end data warehouse and data platform initiatives. The role involves leading data teams, architecting scalable data solutions, and ensuring high-performance data pipelines aligned with enterprise data strategies.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Snowflake implementations including design, migration, and optimization
- Architect and build scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions
- Drive data ingestion processes using Snowpipe, COPY INTO, Glue, etc.
- Define data models, governance, security, and access controls
- Handle performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake
- Lead and mentor data engineering team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design
- Ensure best practices in data quality, scalability, and performance
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
Expertise You'll Bring
- 8–12 years in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing
- 3+ years of experience leading data teams in delivery environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake (architecture, development, optimization)
- Cloud experience with AWS (Glue, Lambda, S3, IAM, security controls)
- SQL – Advanced level
- ETL/ELT design and implementation
- Data Warehousing & Data Lake architectures
- Python / PySpark
- dbt / Airflow
- Data modeling (Star schema / Snowflake schema)
- DevOps / CI-CD / Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with data platforms
- Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and performance tuning
- Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns and data systems architecture
- Experience in building enterprise-scale DWH solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi-cloud integrations (AWS/Azure)
- Exposure to CDC pipelines and metadata-driven frameworks
- Certifications in Snowflake / Cloud platforms
