Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and automation of scalable analytic data engineering products leveraging Machine Learning and cloud infrastructure
- Lead design, build, and operationalization of monitoring and tracking of data quality and data flow dynamics
- Optimize existing data processes and implement best-in-class data transformation capabilities
- Leverage advanced statistical and computational methodologies to deliver insights and identify strategic opportunities
- Implement Data Ingestion Framework and reusable components for data pipelines and ad-hoc data ingestions
- Assist with development and storage of analytics-ready data for analytic deliverables
- Recommend data products to solve business problems meeting multiple stakeholder requirements
- Drive project planning processes and delegate non-complex tasks to junior team members
- Mentor team members and assist with priority setting and issue resolution
- Maintain a data and information environment that provides consistent and accurate reporting
- Leverage Machine Learning to enhance developed solutions
- Collaborate with business and client representatives to target strategic analytics opportunities and define deliverable scope
- Facilitate resolution of project issues, documenting recommendations
- Manage multiple initiatives in parallel and conduct review meetings with stakeholders
- Analyze model errors and design strategies to overcome them
- Implement best practices for data engineering to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions
- Apply expert knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to drive business analytics and semantic data access requirements
- Work closely with business users, vendors, and delivery teams to understand requirements for business analytics and reporting solutions
- Conceptualize, design, and develop data visualization solutions to communicate insights effectively
- Drive business stakeholder adoption of insights-driven decision making and/or business process innovation
- Lead knowledge transfer around using data visualizations to business stakeholders
- Assist in developing best practices for data presentation and sharing across the organization
- Ensure data visualization standards are maintained and implemented
- Reduce data to the minimal necessary to optimally communicate a message
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members and business users
- Participate in POC projects and provide business analytics solution recommendations
- Evaluate new visualization tools and research best practices
- Contribute to strategic planning meetings providing guidance on system options, risk, cost-benefit, and business impacts
- Maintain expertise in multiple technical environments and possess broad business knowledge
- Responsible for BI Tool administration security functions as designated
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

- SAS Statistical Business Analyst Professional Certification
Work Experience:
