Role Overview
The Data Developer is a mid-level technical contributor responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting data pipelines and reporting solutions that serve clinical, operational, and financial needs across 300+ ASCs. Core Responsibilities

- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt
- Ensure timely and accurate data movement across systems
- Monitor pipeline health and escalate issues proactively
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to performance tuning
- Reporting & Data Delivery Values: Clinical Quality, Service Excellence, Inclusion Behaviors: Positivity, Respect
- Support reporting via SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights

- Document pipeline logic, dependencies, and support procedures
- Respond to service requests and incidents via ServiceNow
