Position: TIBCO Consultant/Developer
Purpose of the Position: Position will help the customer in TIBCO Development.
Location: Pune/Nagpur/Chennai/Bangalore
Type of Employment: TPC/FTE
Key Result Areas and Activities:
As a TIBCO Developer, the primary focus will be on active development on TIBCO environments. Designing and development on TIBCO schema.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in TIBCO major software, Business Works, Business Events, EMS, Hawk, and Adapters
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, architecture and systems integration experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Integration product experience specifically in TIBCO stack including Business Works, Business Events, ActiveSpace, EMS, Hawk and various TIBCO Adapters
- Experience in EAI products from IBM, BEA, Oracle, TIBCO, MuleSoft, WSO2 or other a plus
- Comprehensive experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, HTML, Web 2.0, AJAX
- Experience in implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI & CD)
- Experience assessing and implementing tools for devops including orchestration, version control, code quality and coverage, build and deploy, and automated testing
- Understanding of various development methodologies, including RUP and Agile
- Defines time tables and project tasks
Work and Technical Experience:
Must-Have:
- Minimum 3 years hands on development of EAI and B2B interfaces on TIBCO Business Works.
- Experience developing or supporting Mulesoft API's running on CloudHub or on-premises.
- TIBCO Products: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, and other TIBCO adapters.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve development issues and performance.
- Ready to work in Shifts.
Good to Have:
- Designing, documenting, and developing integration solutions to enable integration of systems and applications across an enterprise.
- Worked with JMS compliant Message Brokers and familiar with JMS objects, properties, and administration activities.
- Experience on Java, and capable of reading and troubleshooting Java code.
- Implementing integration (ESB/EAI/SOA) patterns using SDLC processes and agile methodology.
- Demonstrated experience in SQL scripting (SQL Server and Oracle preferred).
Qualifications:
Education: A relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Certifications: Have Excellent technological skills (e.g., TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS). Certifications are advantageous.
