About the Role:

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You'll design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines

Design and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts

Ensure data quality through validation and standardization

Optimize performance of data systems and pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, Scientists, Stakeholders)

Evaluate and implement modern data tools & technologies

Maintain clear documentation of processes and systems

Required Skills:

Strong SQL and programming skills (Python/Java)

Experience with Snowflake / Redshift / Databricks

Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP

Good understanding of data modeling & architecture

Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks

Good to Have:

Experience with Kafka / Flink (real-time data processing)

Exposure to ML/AI concepts

Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI

Relevant certifications
