Key Accountabilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions for enterprise analytics
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
- Troubleshoot data pipeline, performance, and system issues
- Work with real-time and streaming data (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- Evaluate and implement modern data tools and technologies
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across data processes
- Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Lead small initiatives and contribute to enterprise data projects
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-12+ years of experience in Data Engineering/ETL
- Minimum 2+ years of cloud experience (GCP preferred)
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and project ownership
