About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build analytics infrastructure for a new consumer platform launching in Q2 2026.

This is a founding technical role. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to architect data pipelines that transform user behavior into commercial insights for B2B partners.

Expect rapid prototyping, scrappy MVP execution, and building production-grade systems under time constraints.

What You'll Own

• Design and implement real-time behavioral data collection architecture
• Build B2B analytics dashboard for partner organizations to access user insights
• Architect ETL pipelines from operational database to analytics warehouse
• Create data models for commercial analytics and user segmentation
• Implement GDPR/DPDP-compliant data infrastructure
• Build export functionality (PDF, CSV) for B2B reporting

Technical Requirements

Must Have:

• 3+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data infrastructure
• Expert in modern data stack: BigQuery/Snowflake + dbt + ETL tools
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience building B2B analytics products or dashboards
• Understanding of data privacy compliance (GDPR, DPDP)
• Comfortable with startup velocity. Can ship features in days/weeks

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript/JavaScript for dashboard development
• Experience with consumer platforms (gaming, social, events, travel)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
• Background in real-time data pipelines
