Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Debezium-based Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines, replacing legacy systems like Oracle GoldenGate.
Build and implement Redpanda-based streaming pipelines, migrating from existing StreamSets frameworks.
Enable and support multiple data ingestion patterns, including real-time and streaming data flows.
Configure and manage topics, partitions, and schemas in Redpanda/Kafka ecosystems.
Work with serialization formats such as Avro and Protobuf for efficient data exchange.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and capacity planning standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance data solutions.
