We are seeking a Data Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex data migration, platform, and management solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery on assigned accounts
- Assure governance of delivery and production processes as per the chosen delivery model
- Act as single point of responsibility for delivery-related matters including escalations and resource ramp-downs
- Take responsibility for resource allocation ensuring appropriate skills and seniority
- Provide technical leadership to ensure sound and future-proof data solution architecture
- Coordinate between multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients
- Address client issues and manage engagement risks proactively
- Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
- Ensure projects comply with EPAM processes and agile delivery methodologies
- Ensure client responsibility execution on engagements
- Build delivery plans with accurate estimations of timeframes and resource needs
- Establish continuous delivery risk management strategies
- Measure and improve delivery productivity
- Support sales activities and participate in bid processes with technical and management expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Strong background in Data Delivery Management with 14 to 20 years experience
- Experience leading complex delivery of data migration and data management solutions
- Proficient in Data Architecture and Data Solution Architecture
- Experience with Big Data, ETL/ELT Solutions, Databricks, Data Mesh
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- Strong project management skills following industry best practices
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and disciplines
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience with agile delivery models
- Ability to manage delivery risks and escalate when necessary
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency: C1 (Advanced)
