About the Role
We are hiring aData Conversion & ETL Test Lead (Ab Initio, SQL, Python)
- Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad
- Work Model: Hybrid - 2nd Shift 2-11 PM
- Experience: 6-12 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Data Conversion Test Lead / ETL Lead
- Collaborate with upstream/downstream to understand Data workflows and requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to understand ETL requirements and data mapping documents.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Ab initio or similar
- Design and execute functional and integration test cases for ETL processes involving Oracle databases and related systems.
- Validate data transformations, mappings, and data loads (initial and incremental).
- Perform source-to-target data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation.
- Analyze ETL job logs, and error reports, and track defects through resolution using tools like JIRA or ALM.
- Work closely with Oracle implementation teams to test data from Oracle EBS/ERP, Oracle Fusion, or other modules as applicable.
- Automate test cases where applicable using SQL or data testing tools.
- Perform data validation and testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Proven experience in ETL testing and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data testing.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
Mandatory skills:
Data Conversion Testing, Ab Initio, SQL, ETL, Data Quality, Data Validation, Upstream/Downstream Validations,
One year of experience in Python.
