Role Overview
IndiaIT360 is looking for a Database Manager to manage and build high-quality B2B databases of CIOs, CISOs, Channel Partners, Startups, and Enterprise decision-makers. The role focuses on data mining, research, and lead generation to support marketing campaigns, events, and business outreach.
Required Skills
- Experience with lead generation and data mining tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, or Hunter.
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets for data management.
- Experience working with CRM systems and large datasets.
- Good research, data validation, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, IT, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
- 36 years of experience in database management, data research, or lead generation.
- Experience in B2B, IT, Martech, or Media industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain B2B databases ensuring accuracy, deduplication, and regular updates.
- Use data mining tools to generate and enrich targeted CXO and decision-maker leads.
- Conduct secondary research to validate company profiles, designations, and industry details.
- Create segmented datasets for marketing campaigns, ABM programs, and events.
- Provide clean data for CRM, email, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support outreach programs.
