We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Data Change Manager.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the development and enhancement of our data-driven products and platforms. You will be responsible for supporting the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products, ensuring they provide maximum value to business stakeholders and customers.
- This role requires a strong mix of product management skills, data expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Data analysis, reporting and Management information.
- Lead and support Project Management and data forum activities.
- Manage Stakeholder relationships effectively by providing regular updates, gathering requirements and addressing concerns proactively.
- Coordinate cross functional team activities bring knowledge of Private Banking process, product and workflow. Understanding of Data controls, Data governance and quality checks.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to support data enhancements, reporting automation and process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain structured documentation, dashboards, process maps and project trackers.
To Be Successful You Will
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Data Manager
- Experience with data platforms, data pipelines, or analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and Application programming interface.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in change management, or project management
