Description
We are looking for a Data Center Security Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the job market, with a strong background in data center security. The candidate should be well-versed in the latest security protocols, technologies, and practices to ensure the safety and security of our data center.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard data center operations
- Conduct regular security audits, assessments, and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and security threats
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards
- Monitor and maintain access controls, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and other security systems
- Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations to determine the cause and extent of the breach
- Develop and maintain security documentation and training materials for employees and contractors
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and threats to ensure the effectiveness of the security program
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in data center security
- Strong understanding of security protocols, technologies, and best practices
- Experience with access control systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and other security systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
