About The Role

We are hiring a Country Project Lead DC to lead HVAC and cooling delivery for Data Center projects across India. This role will manage end-to-end executionfrom design review to commissioningensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with global data center standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC scope for greenfield and expansion data center projects across India
• Developing and implementing SOP / playbook for Data center Project Planning, execution and compliance.
• Review HVAC designs in line with applicable and Uptime standards
• Manage HVAC consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and commissioning agents
• Act as Senior Interface for High Stake Customers and Projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations
• Participate in technical evaluations, BOQs, tenders, and vendor selection.
• Developing and Drive a team of Data Center project experts for OTD of projects by means of managing shared resources for multiple projects.
• Tracking of Project KPI (Operational/ financial) and carry out continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Locations for On time delivery of Equipments
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 12+ years of HVAC experience, with strong exposure to data center or mission-critical projects in India
• Hands-on experience with chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, and high-density cooling
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects, vendors, and fast-track schedules
• Familiarity with Indian codes, local authorities, and site execution practices
• PMP / data center certifications preferred
