About The Role
We are hiring a
Country Project Lead DC to lead HVAC and cooling delivery for D
ata Center projects across India. This role will manage end-to-end executionfrom design review to commissioningensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with global data center standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC scope for greenfield and expansion data center projects across India
- Developing and implementing SOP / playbook for Data center Project Planning, execution and compliance.
- Review HVAC designs in line with applicable and Uptime standards
- Manage HVAC consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and commissioning agents
- Act as Senior Interface for High Stake Customers and Projects.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations
- Participate in technical evaluations, BOQs, tenders, and vendor selection.
- Developing and Drive a team of Data Center project experts for OTD of projects by means of managing shared resources for multiple projects.
- Tracking of Project KPI (Operational/ financial) and carry out continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Locations for On time delivery of Equipments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years of HVAC experience, with strong exposure to data center or mission-critical projects in India
- Hands-on experience with chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, and high-density cooling
- Proven ability to manage multi-site projects, vendors, and fast-track schedules
- Familiarity with Indian codes, local authorities, and site execution practices
- PMP / data center certifications preferred
