Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Data Quality Management:
  • Analyze and assess data quality issues in customer records.
  • Implement data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication strategies.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules, policies, thresholds, and validation checks.
  • Collaborate with business, product, customer support, and IT teams to resolve inconsistencies.
  • Monitor and improve data quality metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Standardize customer data formats across systems for golden record generation.
  • Create data quality six sigma and monitoring dashboards.
  • Formulate Data Remediation Strategies:
  • Develop and implement frameworks for fixing data anomalies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify sources of poor data quality.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive data improvement initiatives.
  • Implement automated data validation rules at source applications.
  • Continuously refine data remediation strategies based on business needs and technological advancements.
  • Data Mart Management & Continuous Improvement:
  • Provide inputs and recommendations for improving policies, procedures, processes, and controls related to data marts.
  • Quantify the business impact of data remediation and global/local data mart initiatives in terms of revenue, cost, or loss.
