TTC Group isseeking a highly skilled Lead Data Designer (Data Architect) to join our
team immediately. This role is ideal for a data professional with deep expertise in
designing and managing complex data systems, ensuring data quality, and enabling
scalable, secure data architectures.
You will play a critical role in shaping data models, governing data lifecycle processes,
and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-complexity data models to support business and analytical needs
- Define and implement data architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure data quality management, including validation, monitoring, and governance
- Oversee data lifecycle management from ingestion to archival
- Work with non-tabular and event-based data processing systems
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Drive data governance, consistency, and usability across systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship (for Lead-level candidates)
Required
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Modeler / Data Architect / Data Designer
- Proven track record of working with complex and large-scale data models
- Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, especially metadata and system tables
- Strong experience in data quality management frameworks and tools
- Solid understanding of data lifecycle management
- Experience with non-tabular data structures and event-driven architectures
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of row-level security (RLS) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems
