About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design, model, and implement enterprise data solutions. The role requires strong expertise in dimensional modeling, enterprise data warehousing, and modern cloud platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise data models (Star & Snowflake schema, Fact/Dimension tables, Grain definition).
- Design and implement ETL pipelines and data flows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs.
- Optimize data storage, query performance, and resource utilization across EDW/ODS environments.
- Implement metadata management, governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Dimensional & Data Modeling.
- Hands-on with Erwin, ER/Studio, Power Designer, Lucid Chart, MS Visio, Enterprise Architect, SAP Power Designer, Toad Data Modeler.
- Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Operational Data Store (ODS).
- Cloud exposure: Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, AWS Glue/Redshift.
- Strong SQL, Python, PySpark skills.
