Working Hours: 40 hours/week (minimum 4 hours overlap with PST)
Key Responsibilities
- Read, summarize, and break down large pieces of content into logical, manageable parts.
- Conduct online research to verify facts and validate claims.
- Interact with LLMs to solve logic-based scenarios and improve their performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and high-quality annotations.
- Create training data and scenarios for improving AI systems.
Sample tasks:
- Determine nuanced answers to questions like Who is the best tennis player in the world considering multiple perspectives.
- Solve logical puzzles that involve conditions and dependencies (e.g., postman route problems with constraints).
Required Qualifications
- English Proficiency: Strong reading and writing skills with excellent comprehension.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze content critically.
- Detail Orientation: Precision in annotation and feedback.
- Creativity: Lateral and logical thinking to identify nuances and edge cases.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Technical Requirements: Access to a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
- Availability: Commitment to 40 hours/week with overlap during US working hours (PST).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Arts, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Statistics, or related fields. (Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also welcome.)
- Prior experience in roles such as analyst, researcher, copywriter, journalist, editor, translator, or technical writer.
- Multilingual abilitiesespecially in Spanish or Portugueseare a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace.
