DATA ANNOTATION TEAM LEAD INTERN

Build real leadership experience in AI data operations not a coffee-fetching internship. At Biz-Tech Analytics, our Team Lead Interns coordinate annotators, run quality checks, and help deliver datasets that train frontier AI models. You'll work alongside senior leads on projects for global AI labs and have genuine responsibility from week one. This is a paid internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support senior team leads in managing day-to-day annotation tasks across image, video, and text projects

Act as the first point of contact for a small group of annotators track their progress and flag issues early

Perform quality checks and identify accuracy or guideline violations before they reach the client

Assist in onboarding and training new annotators on tools and project-specific guidelines

Document processes, common errors, and team instructions to improve consistency

Coordinate with project managers to keep timelines and deliverables on track

Escalate complex quality or operational issues to senior team members

REQUIREMENTS

Recent graduate or final-year student in a related field

Strong attention to detail you catch mistakes others miss

Good communication skills and confidence coordinating with team members

Basic familiarity with annotation tools or a demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly

Must work from our Delhi office this is a fully in-person internship (no remote options)

Ability to commit to at least 3 months full-time

NICE TO HAVE

Prior exposure to data annotation, labeling, or quality review work

Genuine interest in AI, machine learning, or data operations

Experience mentoring juniors or leading small teams in college or previous internships
