Data And Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with company business goals and objectives
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance
• Oversee data collection, storage, and management from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data availability
• Lead a team of data analysts in conducting data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
• Utilize data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL) to manipulate and analyze data
• Create and oversee development of data visualization dashboards and reports for effective communication of insights
• Ensure visualizations are user-friendly and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze business performance against KPIs and benchmarks
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
• Generate regular reports and presentations conveying data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders
