Data Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data models, reports, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision making within the organization - Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related Microsoft analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Utilize Power Query (M Language) for data transformation and preparation from multiple sources.

Work with Microsoft Fabric to manage, process, and analyze data efficiently.

Develop and optimize data models (DAX, relationships, aggregations) to improve reporting performance.

Implement ETL pipelines to integrate data from different sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across analytics solutions. Optimize Power BI performance for handling large datasets and complex calculations
