About The Role
We are seeking a
Lead Data Analyst to work on a wide range of
data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence initiatives across multiple industries. This role combines
hands-on analytics, client engagement, and team leadership, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy solving business problems with data and leading high-impact analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and data context
- Analyze and document business processes; map end-to-end workflows using visual formats
- Translate business problems into structured analytical frameworks
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to deliver client-ready analytics solutions
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to embed AI and analytics into business decision-making
- Ensure high quality, timely delivery of analytics outputs aligned with client expectations
Desired Skills & Competencies- Design, develop, and enhance analytical models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Provide end-to-end analytics support across multiple industry domains
- Generate data outputs as per specifications, including:
- Data cleaning and preparation
- Variable recoding and weighting
- Custom tabular views and cross-tabulations
- Conduct quantitative analysis and interpret results for business stakeholders
- Proficiency in Data Visualization tools (any of the following):
- Power BI
- Tableau
- QlikView
- Spotfire
- Strong experience with MS SQL Database
- Working knowledge of Python (good to have)
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, storyboarding, and client interaction skills
Education & Experience
- 58 years of relevant experience in analytics, with a strong focus on problem solving and advanced analytics
- Bachelor's degree (B.E), MBA, or an advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
