Overview: Manager Data Analytics

As a Manager Data Analytics, you will take a lead role in developing and driving the team and business to maximize value from data. This position requires you to push thinking and delivery across multiple accounts, leveraging your deep experience in data solutions to ensure success. A significant part of this role involves coaching and developing colleagues to achieve consistently high performance and outputs. The position will be within the People Success vertical and requires effective communication with people of all job levels and personalities across multiple teams. Ideal applicants are eager to contribute to various projects and continuously grow their skills.

  • Deliver analytics and optimization solutions.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of online marketing disciplines and their contribution to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Exhibit proven experience working across multi-disciplinary teams, using analytics to drive connected solutions that impact customer outcomes.
  • Represent Publicis Sapient as an expert in the Digital Analytics industry with deep technical expertise.
  • Possess the ability to drive and manage analytics and business teams through requirements gathering, solution design, planning and implementation, and reporting.

Qualifications: Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience in various marketing analytics models such as Market Mix Modeling, Attribution Modeling, visitor behavior analysis, and customer sentiment analysis.
  • Experienced in Marketing Performance analysis, including:
  • Data aggregation (leveraging marketing & click-stream APIs, data cleaning & transformation).
  • Analysis & segmentation.
  • Targeting & integration.
  • Advanced analytics (lead scoring, churn analysis, lifetime value analysis, clustering, regression, forecasting, etc.).
  • Experience working on R/Python to run statistical analysis.
  • Experience working on cloud data platforms.
  • Exposure to CDP (Customer Data Platform) and/or DMP (Data Management Platform) platforms and hands-on experience in integrating digital data with these platforms is a must.
  • Proven experience in testing, both A/B and MVT (Multivariate Testing) using tools such as Maxymiser, Adobe Target, Google Web Optimizer, Qubit Deliver.
  • Bachelor's degree and 9-12 years of working experience in data analytics, specifically with a marketing team on campaign planning, campaign analytics, or business analytics.
