The Managing Director, India Regional Lead provides senior regional leadership for the Finance Data & AI Office (DART) in India. This role partners closely with global and regional leadership to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery aligned to DART's two core enterprise services: (1) Providing Certified Data and (2) Enabling Finance Transformation for stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Treasury.
The role is accountable for driving execution discipline, service delivery excellence, and alignment across the regional portfolio, while ensuring adherence to global strategy, enterprise standards, and governance expectations. Operating within a matrixed organization, the India Regional Lead establishes a strong DART leadership presence in the region, works closely with designated local managers and functional leaders, and acts as a visible role model for Finance transformation-bringing energy, influence, and a proactive leadership approach to mobilize teams, drive momentum, and enable measurable business outcomes.
