Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) expert who can independently lead MMM engagements, ensure statistical rigor, and translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for global clients across categories and markets.

This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, media effectiveness, and business decision-making, and will work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently build, run, and optimize Marketing Mix Models (MMM) for multi-channel, multi-market marketing programs.
  • Interpret MMM outputs and clearly articulate business implications, ROI drivers, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Conduct statistical validation and robustness checks to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and credibility.
  • Partner with internal analytics, media, and strategy teams to align modeling outputs with client business objectives.
  • Support / contribute in curating case studies and presentations / documents.

Key Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) within media, marketing analytics, or consulting environments.
  • Strong ability to connect statistical results with real-world business and media decisions.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, econometrics, and model diagnostics.
  • Comfortable working in a consulting-style environment.
  • Experience working with large, complex marketing and media datasets.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in media agencies, analytics consultancies.
  • Ability to create structured, insight-led PPTs for senior stakeholders and clients will be a plus.
  • Exposure to global or multi-market MMM engagements
