Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources (databases, Excel, CRM, etc.).
• Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights.
• Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Support business teams with performance metrics, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis.
• Document processes and analysis results clearly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, or Operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc., B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent (preferred: specialization in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics).
• Freshers with certification or project experience in data analytics are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Basic understanding of SQL and data querying.
• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills :

• Exposure to Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of business KPIs and performance tracking.
• Internship/project work in data analysis or reporting tools.
• Understanding of CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce, SAP, or Zoho.
