Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Analytics Leader to drive analytics strategy, data-driven insights, and reporting initiatives that support operational and strategic decision-making. The role involves leading analytics teams, managing enterprise-level reporting, and implementing advanced analytics solutions to improve healthcare operations and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead analytics strategy development, data analysis, and insights to optimize healthcare processes and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams, including CXO-level stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of 25+ analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Oversee research, product development, and deployment of healthcare analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of data across systems.
- Lead automation and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives to streamline business processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of analytics outputs, reports, and insights aligned with business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 1015 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Proven experience in leading analytics teams and managing large-scale reporting functions.
- Strong exposure to US healthcare Domain which is a mandate
Skills
- Strong data analytics and reporting expertise.
- Experience in dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
- Experience in automation, data governance, and process optimization initiatives.
