Data Analytics

Responsible for detailed analysis, creation of operations reporting, dashboards, macros, automation of reports and the work necessary to feed data into our reporting tools, and help to visualize that data in ways that allow managers to take action on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities and Essential Duties (other duties may be assigned):

• Automation of as much as possible of operations reporting and metrics.

• Creation of management-level dashboards for key metrics

• Provide accurate data analysis and reporting to support production operations.

• Manage operational or special projects assigned for business improvement and process efficiency.

• Coordination with on/offshore personnel, counterparts, and different departments to ensure alignment.

• Produce analysis relating to contract review, pricing review, billing, and performance evaluation data and reports as needed.

• Excellent advanced excel skills and Google sheets, including the ability to work with Google Data Studio .
