Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel to track hiring, retention, and payroll metrics.
- Extract, clean and transform data from HRIS, ATS and payroll systems using SQL and ETL processes to deliver accurate analytics.
- Perform ad-hoc and recurring analyses to identify trends, root causes and actionable insights for recruitment and HR stakeholders.
- Automate report generation and data pipelines using Python scripts and ETL tooling to improve timeliness and reduce manual effort.
- Validate data quality, implement checks and document data definitions, lineage and reporting logic for auditability.
- Collaborate with HR operations, recruitment teams and leadership to translate business questions into measurable metrics and visualisations.

Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience; 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience preferred. This is an on-site role based in India with regular collaboration across HR and client teams.
