About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Vested, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across product, growth, operations, and business teams. You will work on data extraction, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to provide actionable insights that help improve business performance and user experience.
This role offers strong exposure to fintech analytics in a fast-paced environment where data directly influences strategic decisions.

What You Will Do:
Data Analysis & Retrieval
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reports.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Support development of recurring reports tracking key business metrics.
- Improve clarity and usability of data visualizations for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and business teams to address data requests.
- Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business investigations.
Process Improvement
- Help streamline reporting workflows through automation and better data structures.
- Assist in documenting analytics processes and improving data accessibility.
Prior Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent) in a quantitative or analytical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to financial markets or personal investing.
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
