Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic IT support tickets for third-party and custom applications used in production and manufacturing.
  • Participate in system rollouts, upgrade testing, and other project-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams for deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
  • Monitor application performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Provide basic training and system walkthroughs to end-users on new features and updates.
  • Configure, maintain, and support manufacturing-specific applications, including integrations and database queries.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Deliver technical support and training for end-users on new updates or applications.
  • Ensure familiarity with custom database-driven applications.
  • Understand and apply programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, .NET, and Java.
  • Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.
  • Understand Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.
