Role Description
Data Analyst
Techgenix is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across internal teams and client-facing projects. This role focuses on data collection, analysis, reporting, and insight generation to improve business performance and operational outcomes.
This is a full-time employment role centered on analytical problem-solving, data accuracy, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data requirements
- Support data validation, quality checks, and documentation processes
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights
- Assist in improving data processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and data modeling
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Clear communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Candidates must be authorized to work in India. Visa sponsorship is not available
