Role Description

This is a full-time Data Analyst role based in our New Delhi office. As a Data Analyst at Surepass Technologies, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to produce actionable insights for the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create dashboards, design data models, identify key trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Additionally, you will communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and recommend strategies to improve operations and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Data Analytics, including proficiency with data visualization tools and analysis techniques
• Strong foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling, with experience in creating data representations and predictions
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns
• Effective Communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and present data-driven recommendations in a clear, concise manner
• Proficiency in data tools/languages such as Python, SQL, R, or similar
• Experience in handling large datasets and working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with the Fintech or API-driven solutions industry is a plus
